Virtual Office

A virtual office provides your business with a professional mailing address.
At The McLean Business Club, our virtual office memberships come with added benefits, including discounts on offices, conference rooms, and more. Here's how it typically works: Your business signs up, gets a professional mailing address with its dedicated suite number, and can use it on business materials for a professional image. (We’ll email you an image of any mail you receive to notify you.) Depending on the plan you purchase, you can pick-up your mail during business hours or we’ll send it to you.)
A key advantage of a virtual office address at The McLean Business Club is that you get a business address in a real office building, enhancing the credibility of your business.

Yes. We prefer the term Virtual Office, but virtual mailbox, virtual business address, and virtual address are all the same thing.

You use a virtual office address as your “official address” to comply with any governmental regulations applicable to your business and to avoid using your home address for your business. We notify you if you get mail, and can send your mail to you. A virtual office also entitles you to book our daily offices, conference rooms and shared workspace at a 20% discount.

A virtual office at The McLean Business Club starts at a competitively priced $65 per month (or $340 per 6 months). Conference Rooms

We offer large and smaller conference rooms to suit the size of your meeting. Our conference rooms may be booked by non-members and members alike.
Our conference rooms offer flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and amenities in a professional, welcoming environment.
Our largest conference room is our “Conference Center.” It is equipped with conferencing and casting technology and, like all of our bookings, includes coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks at no additional charge. You also get access to fast and secure WiFi. White boards are available.
Located in McLean, VA, our conference rooms offer convenience, including fee on-site parking and catering options.

Certainly! Our coworking conference rooms can be tailored to your event's specific needs.

Yes! When you use our conference rooms, you have access to additional services and amenities, including printing and catering from local restaurants, at additional charge.
Shared Workspace

Shared workspace is an integral part of the vibrant and increasingly popular “co-working” office environment.
People who use The McLean Business Club fall into two categories: full-time members and occasional users. Both members and occasional users share certain resources, such as our well-appointed reception area, our conference rooms, and our kitchen and lounge areas. Everyone enjoys complimentary snacks and beverages, reliable WiFi, managed document production resources, and office cleaning services.
Full time membership is suitable for those whose who need an office daily or on some other frequent basis. (We can tailor a plan to your needs!) Members enjoy discounts on offices and other resources in return for joining a monthly plan. Other users, who may have less frequent or unpredictable needs, can book an office, conference room or a desk in our shared workspace as and when needed — on an hourly or daily basis. This arrangement allows all to pay according to need.
And everyone has an opportunity to network and collaborate to build their businesses, problem solve, and learn.

A day office is a private, lockable office for an hour or a day, depending on your needs.
All our offices are windowed and furnished with a desk, an ergonomic chair, and two guest chairs. Super-fast Wi-Fi is included, of course.
You also get access to our club lounge, complimentary drinks and snacks for you and your guests, and free parking.
You’ll also have access to our networked copy center (charges for prints an copies apply) and you may book a conference room at additional charge.

Lounge Membership is a monthly plan that permits access to our club lounge Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm.
Our club lounge is a relaxed, quiet area to get some work done or to just relax between meetings. Lounge membership is ideal for those who have appointments throughout the day in and around McLean and Tysons Corner but who don’t live or have an office nearby. Our lounge is more comfortable and relaxing than sitting in a café until your next appointment - and snacks and beverages are included in your membership!
Lounge membership is a great choice for those who don’t need an office or even a desk, but who sometimes need a quiet atmosphere away from distractions as well as the hustle and bustle of a coffee shop.
Lounge Access memberships can be tailored to your specific needs, so please give us a call to discuss!

With our standard Lounge Membership, you get unlimited access to the club lounge Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm. The coffee’s free and the WiFi’s great!
It includes all amenities, plus you will get a 20% discount on conference room and other bookings.

The minimum term of our Lounge Membership is 1 month.

To get standard access Lounge Membership, please click here and choose Get a Lounge Membership. You will be asked to create an account (if you don’t have one already), then proceed to payment. Complete your payment and we’ll send you a “Welcome” email that confirms your membership and includes instructions for entry to The McLean Business Club and PIN codes for connecting to our WiFi and copier. And that’s it — you’re all set!
If you need access to our clunb lounge at times other than during weekday business hours or need other special arrangements, please get in touch with us here and we will tailor a membership to your needs!

Private Office

We have those too! With a traditional private office you have access to your office 24/7/365. Your office furnished and lockable. You get all of the amenities associated with our other offerings, and two hours of conference room time included in your membership at no extra charge. Your private office membership leverages our reception area, conference rooms, club lounge, and kitchen and one low price for a month-to-month membership.

Yes! All of our offices or furnished with a comfortable desk at a minimum 60 inches long and most have the popular Herman Miller Aeron desk chair and to upholstered guest chairs.

Our offices vary in size and are generally furnished to accommodate one member. Some offices are large enough for multiple members however there is an additional charge breach additional member (to cover amenities, and other additional expenses.) Give us a call to discuss the possibilities.

The short answer is that private office membership includes all of the amenities the club offers. You and your team yet furnished offices in a secure environment with superfast WiFi. You receive plenty of free parking, snacks and beverages, and even complementary beer after 4:00 PM.* We’ll clean your office and replenish the coffee and condiments. You'll see fresh food on a regular basis.
You should anticipate that, as a full-time office member of The McLean Business Club, you will be free of all of the responsibilities of office management.
*Must be of lawful age to consume alcohol.

All of our office memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled any time on 30 days notice.

The price of our private offices varies but generally ranges from $850 per month to $2500 per month. And you get more than just an office. You get shared access to approximately 3,800 ft.² of common area amenities and services in a well appointed in elegant environment that will impress your clients and guests.

There is no minimum term for a full-time private office. However our rates are slightly higher on a daily basis if you book a full-time office for less than a month. Otherwise, full-time office membership is offered on a month-to-month basis.
